Structural Steel & Rebar

Sheet Piles

Sheet piles are long structural sections with interlocking edges that clutch together to form a continuous wall in the ground. Driven, vibrated or pressed in sequence, they retain soil and exclude water — often serving as both the temporary works and the permanent structure.

Profiles and grades

  • Z-profiles — deep, efficient sections for high bending moments
  • U-profiles — robust sections with strong interlock, easily reused
  • Flat web piles for circular cell structures
  • Rolled to EN 10248 and equivalent grades, including copper-bearing marine steel

Applications

Port quay walls and berth upgrades, cofferdams for bridge piers and intakes, basement and excavation support in urban sites, flood defence walls, and containment barriers in environmental works.

How CSACI supplies sheet piles

Piles ship in your specified lengths with interlocks protected, corners and junction piles fabricated as required, and certificates of conformity and origin plus SGS third-party inspection per bundle. We quote new piles for permanent works and can advise on section selection against your bending moment and drive conditions.
