Reinforcement bar gives concrete its tensile strength, and the grade matters: the D in Fe 500D denotes high-ductility steel that stretches further before failure — the property seismic codes rely on when a structure must deform without collapsing. CSACI supplies deformed rebar from Fe 500D through Fe 600.
Range
- Fe 500D / Fe 550D high-ductility grades for seismic and general construction
- Fe 600 high-strength bar where congestion drives designers to fewer, stronger bars
- Full diameter range in standard lengths, coils for small diameters
- Cut & bend fabrication to your bar bending schedule
Quality and certification
Every heat ships with a Certificate of Conformity, Certificate of Origin and SGS third-party inspection certificate reporting chemistry, yield, tensile-to-yield ratio and elongation — the numbers that define ductility class. Bars carry rolled-on mill and grade marks for site verification, and third-party international inspection by SGS is arranged on request.
How CSACI supplies rebar
We quote by diameter schedule and tonnage, phased to your pour program, delivered bundled and tagged to any major port. Rebar consolidates naturally with mesh, cut & bend and structural sections in one shipment.
